Assisted by able and competent Maintenance Personnel, these three individuals nurture sound professional tenant relationships, preserve, and restore where necessary, those parts of a community architectural and floral infrastructure which would otherwise have fallen victim to neglect, or to damages from the harsh Nevada heat and turbulent winds. I’ve lived at the Highlands apartments for the last four years and absolutely love it. The attached two car garage is very convenient. It is all the benefits of a hone without all the hassle. I have been a resident at Rainbow Highlands Apartments for two years and just recently signed a new two year lease. I moved here because of the single story home living. I love the fact that this community feels like a home and I feel safe. Everyone watches out for each other. The grounds are well maintained and if you have a maintenance problem the maintenance staff is very prompt and on top of the situation. The leasing office also will go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. They will accept packages from the post office for you and make sure that they call you to come and get them, if you are unable to go to the office they will deliver them for you. I really love living here it feels like it did back in the days when you were appreciated. I have a feeling that I will be living here for a long time.

This is my written notice that as of June 1, 2011, I will be vacating the above address at the end of my current lease. I’m retiring and moving back to Texas. On my way out the door, I do want you to know that if all the landlords operated the way that Abrams does, the world would be a much nicer place for people like me that are content to be renters. I have been a resident of Buffalo Highlands since August of 2011 and I LOVE my apartment. I truly feel like I am in a home, not an apartment community. The design is unique to this area and the benefits are numerous. Having an attached 2 car garage and a private patio are two of the things that make me feel at home. The floor plans are large and spacious. There is plenty of closet space, which is something I did not find at other apartments. The office staff is always courteous and friendly, which makes me feel like I matter to them. The maintenance crew is very knowledgeable and they always have a smile on their face. I highly recommend this community to people who are looking for a “Home” and not just another apartment.
